For each and every clients and their family members staying at the clinic, Fedasz Dental offers a free 6 hour trip to the famous Danube bend near the Slovakian border. This includes a sightseeing in Esztergom, Visegrád and Szentendre, - also some snacks at stops. Transportation and a guide are provided by us.
Things to do and see locally, near the clinic »- Medical tourism in Hungary is the leading branch of the tourist industry due to its magnificent spa culture. It only strengthened its position when dental tourism picked up in 2000.
- The most popular baths are Széchenyi, Gellért, Rudas, Lukács. These are perfect spots to recreate and regenerate yourself both phisycally and mentally in between appointments even though you are only getting dental treatment.
The easiest transport to get to the city of Budapest is the train that runs once an hour. The trainstation is located some 2 minutes walking distance from the clinic. On this clean, European style, fully air conditioned train it takes about 30 minutes to reach the city centre where Budapest’s biggest shopping centre can be found right by the Nyugati (Western) trainstation. Tickets cost 400 HUF. For timetable please ask at the reception.

Weather
Here is some useful information about the weather conditions in Hungary.
The winter is cold – sometimes very cold - the temperature easily drops below -5 degrees, and lasts usually from December till February. Snow is quite common during this time of the year and is occasionally as deep as 20cm. Warm clothes are highly recommended to be worn.
The summer is very pleasant and lasts from June untill August. It is dry and hot with an avarage temperature of appx +27 degrees. Rest assured, Fedasz Dental Clinic is fully air-conditioned.
Spring (March - May) and Autumn (Sept - Nov) are variable. Spring is usually warmer then autumn, also you can come across the rainiest periods in autumn. It is recommended that some emergency warm clothes are packed.
